| The
HomeComm business model assumes that the revenue stream
will come from the government, schools, institutions, associations
and business organizations in such a way that they will
subsidize the residential subscribers. The HomeComm business
model carries the 30%-70% ratio. In essence, this means
that if 30% of the HomeComm subscribers are from the government,
schools, institutions, associations and business organizations
(corporate subscribers), the remaining residential subscribers,
(up to an amount of 70%) can obtain the HomeComm services
at no charge subject to the normal disk space allocation.
The only thing that the residential subscribers will need
to pay is the dial up access charge and if they would like
to be listed on the HomeComm directory listing. This we
hope will encourage everyone to be on the Net as it is affordable.
